The Countries Agreeing to Anti-Nuclear Treaty (CANT) is a global multilateral forum dedicated to eliminating nuclear threats and preventing weapons of mass destruction, while promoting peaceful coexistence among nations.

CANT aims to bring together all 203 countries of the world, irrespective of size or power, under a shared commitment to humanity, territorial integrity, and international peace, guided by international law, mutual respect, responsible governance, collective security, transparent dialogue, and sustainable global cooperation for future generations.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ANTI-NUCLEAR TREATY

The objectives of the treaty are as follows:

Nuclear De-Escalation

To mutually agree to diffuse and progressively dismantle nuclear plants and nuclear weapon infrastructure within respective countries, under transparent and verifiable international mechanisms.

Prohibition of Weapons of Mass Destruction

To agree not to use nuclear weapons or tools of mass destruction, including but not limited to nitrogen bombs, advanced armaments, and any weapons—nuclear or non-nuclear—that cause large-scale destruction of humanity, ecosystems, or future generations, including destructive bio-engineering and leviathan breeding.

Peaceful Resolution of International Disputes

To commit to peaceful means of communication and resolution, including financial settlements, shared economic frameworks, equitable use of land and water resources, and fair international trade solutions.

Mutual Non-Aggression

To agree not to use nuclear weapons or military force against:

*Countries signing this treaty.
*Countries forming part of the global community.
and to refrain from deploying armed forces or men in uniform across borders of other nations.

Territorial Integrity & Arbitration

To agree not to invade the borders of any country without authorization from:
*The International Court of Justice, The Hague, or
*The CANT Arbitration Council,
which shall act as neutral arbitrators in cases of territorial disputes or violations among member nations.
